Simile Sam

This is a picture of Sam's latest school project. He had to make a self portrait describing himself in similes. We came up with the following for "I Am Sam"






I am as smart as a computer (hence the computer head)
I swim like a fish (Fish body)
I grow like a weed
I eat like a horse (that is a horse at stomach level)
I sleep like a log.
I run as fast as a bullet train (those are pictures of bullet trains at his feet)

Some of the rejected ideas were:

I whine like a baby when I lose at video games.
My room is a messy as a landfill.
I am as lazy as a lizard in the sun when it is time to do my homework.
